How do I issue a ticket?
Once you search and select a flight, proceed to the checkout. Ensure your agency wallet has a sufficient balance. Ticketing is instant upon successful payment.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are subject to airline fare rules. You can initiate a refund request from the "Manage Booking" page. Processing takes 7-14 business days depending on the airline.
Can I change passenger names?
Name changes are strictly subject to airline policies and are often not permitted. Please contact support immediately if you need to correct a spelling mistake.
